President’s ReportBedsThe 1st 10 of the garden beds are here. They are filled thanks to Danyelle, Emma & Aaron, Anne and Dan and his digger.
WaterWe have water at the site – big thanks to Elliot from SCC for lending us an IBC and a pump and giving us water and a hose and all the couplings.
Shed The shed slab is poured thanks to Neil Mansell Concrete and Steve and Corrie from Lock Crete, as well has Caloundra Landscape for the crusher dustThe shed is here and now we are ready to build the shed this weekend on Sunday morning. 
MeetingsWe will move our meetings to the garden once we have a shed to house the table and chairs.
Council applicationsThe council has our application for the Shadehouse for us to gain owners consent. 
PlantingOur friends at Kawana edible garden gave us seeds, seedlings, plants and cuttingsWe have started planting the garden with the seedlings from Kawana garden – if you have anything that you want to put into the garden, go for it. There is a tumeric/ginger bed, a herb bed, a spinach bed, 
Marketing: Flyers were distributed around the garden thanks to Robert and Helen
First aid and buddy system: Glynis will buy a first aid kit that will be housed in the shed. There will be a combination lock on the shed that all members will know the code. Try to have your phone with you at all times on site and save Glynis and Tegan’s numbers in the phone. Also if you have a buddy or can pick one up on the way that would be helpful if anything were to happen to you
Secretary’s ReportFlyer drop was done by Helen and Rob on the streets surrounding the garden. Tegan has yet to complete her sectionThe Aura Post has reached out and they want to do an article on the garden to help us to get membersThere is a new newspaper called the Caloundra Chronicle and Tegan and Glynis have reached out to see if they will do an article on the gardenAcquittal for SSC grant #1 has been completed. Hopefully they can release the $2925 soon. I have reached out to find out when they will release, and I will follow up this week with them as I haven’t received a response

We will pause meetings for the Christmas period.We will see you at the garden if you are around. We will post on facebook.
Other ArisingMove the Soil and Gravel out of sight of the neighbour so we don’t have any complaints. We will do this on Sunday if any one is free to come to help.
Glenda: Will we need a Blue card for Children – A few of us already have Blue cards
Talk with Organic Cafes for coffee grounds for the compost
Horse manure straight from the race course – people worry about worms and antibiotics in this though.
Watering roster: Add a board to the back of the shed door to show which items need doing Rubbish bins from the council? – see actions

If we want to do yoga, Qi Gong in the garden, we will have to ensure that the QWALC insurance covers that
