I have reached out to the unpaid members and members who had previously asked for membership forms but haven’t joined yet. 
Business arisingGBCG has been invited to speak to the Golden Beach NeighbourhoodWatch group (Glynis will speak, Tegan and Danyelle will also attend)
Danyelle reached out to the Secretary of PW Bowls Club to connect and show them the designs and make good of the relationship as neighbours (date to be arranged in the next week)
Anyone want to take the lead on Tip shop, Facebook marketplace looking – Bev and Jed, and Emma will ask her mate who works at the Tip Shop to be on the lookout.

Community liaison job – need to do a door knock and introduce yourself to neighbours of the garden, and also be the main person for community liaison going forward – part of Council requirements and important role – Kerrie is tentative for this position [] Kerrie to let us know if she can be the community liaison

Decisions:

Meeting attendees decided on the larger of the 2 shadehouse options. 3×3 was chosen

We will ask for the $15k to fund the bore and the education space

Bushman tanks will be ordered after approval is gained from CPBC to use their funds for tanks and Shadehouse

Everyone agreed that Christmas drinks/dinner after the December meeting is a good idea
